Under Section 17 of the Planning (Wales) Act 2015 we are carrying out pre-application consultation on the LEOM LLP’s proposals at Custom House and the Former York Hotel, Custom House Street, Cardiff, CF10 1AP. The site location is illustrated on the map to the right. The development proposes the sensitive redevelopment of the Grade II Listed Custom House building, retaining its façade. The former York Hotel will be demolished and replaced as part of the development.
